Arum certainly doesn't want to make the Pacquiao fight, and Floyd himself has called Manny "too small". So I really doubt that one gets made.

Cotto is possible but he'd have to beat Pacquiao first and I honestly doubt that happens.

He clearly doesn't want to face Mosley for whatever reason. (Shane ducking him earlier, Shane not being a "PPV attraction", Shane being a cheater, Shane disrespecting him, whatever else.)
