Morrell VS Plant is a good fight and a smart one for both fighters to make a statement. I would like to see it.

Morrell and Benavidez are both similar. Tall, fast, rangy, skilled, agile, high work rate, aggressive, mean as a mofo, punch like mules, and can kill another human being with their hands. In the words of the great Sam Peter, "Who Neks?!"

Correct, that’s what I said. “Team Morrell” wasn’t ready, I’m sure Morrell isn’t ducking and isn’t afraid of Benavidez or anyone else for that matter, I’m sure he would of signed that dotted line… fact is his coach and his manager said that Morrell wasn’t ready and I’m not bashing them or him for that, but that’s the facts. Now is now, but now Morrell will have to wait because Benavidez is around the corner from getting the life changing fight everyone around 168 wants. So, he isn’t gonna fight Morrell and risk that ticket, because Morrell deserves that praise of high risk low reward although I don’t like it when fighters do that, but when it’s a canelo level type payday involved, I understand.

              Unfortunately, Morrell ends Plant's career

I don't know about his manager saying anything, as of matter of fact I believe he talks too much, I mean Cubas jr. At the beginning I thought Shields was going to go the same charlos route, but no, he took on Aidos in his next fight, a prospect believe to be around the same Morrell Jr level, it was a dangerous fight but he passed the test with flying colors. I really believe that benavidez is just waiting to see if ginger is going to fight him or not, and if he doesn't win the canelo lottery, he can still milk the Morrell Jr fight for all its worth.

                  A cab driver lol

Plant had the same resume as Morrell before he got the Canelo fight.
Benavidez had one good win, Dirrell, years ago, before he fought Plant.

I'm not saying Morrell shouldn't be fighting better opposition, just that it hasn't stopped other fighters from landing big fights before.

it was when Morell had only 3 fights. After 5 fights when Morell was ready and offered the fight Benavidez's balls jumped to the throat...

Wouldn’t that be ironic? Only time will tell
