Ward seems very bitter about his career among other things.

1.Went out of his way to say GGG ducked him in a tweet and got shot down with facts by GGG on his Bday then GGG wished him a happy Bday after textually destroying him.

    2. References to "certain fighters" when he is only half of a certain fighter, seems like he has issues in his late 30s with his own racial identity and not being white or black enough to be either.

    3. Claims Canelo ducked him when they were two weight divisions apart at the time before Ward retired.

    4. Ward, seems very envious of other fighters who became bigger stars than him, who people wanted to see more, and who made more money regardless of him being a great boxer with a fantastic resume.
    5. Clings to this religious persona as some kind of clear cut way to have some identity of his own.

What a conflicted resentful man he appears to be now after his boxing career is over even though it really was a great career in just over 30 fights.

It's just a race thing to him. Based on all his comments and his extremely biased commentary for black fighters.

Idk why he's so bitter. He's crowned as a really great fighter in a shlt division, winning a mediocre tournament in the division, got great paydays from roc nation not knowing wtf they were doing, and a gift against a great fighter in kovalev.

He got accolades and paydays he doesn't deserve and yet the guy is still a bitter whiner.

Ward claims Canelo never calls his name, yet Ward will NEVER call Bivol or Beterbiev’s names. He retired just to duck them.

He thinks this highly of himself that he can beat Canelo at 175? Ok so what? 1. Canelo doesn’t belong at 175. 2. Bivol already beat Canelo and it’s safe to say Beterbiev would too. So why won’t he call them out? Why won’t he say he’d come back to fight them now that they’ve made a name for themselves?

Ward is a punk b.itch, looking for clout and looking for money with his bitter ass.

ward is blessed, he got a 6.5 mil guarantee from Jay Z for the kovalev rematch with kovalev getting a % of sales and gate deal & the fight bombed lol

Those gate receipts generated $2.187 million in revenue, far less than the ticket sales from their first fight produced. That bout, which Ward narrowly won by u

on top of robbing the tiles from him the fight before lol, that was night time robbery, no wonder kovalev hit the vodka bigtime

        it was a classic shakedown

            Oh please.

            Dre is good

I don't agree with GGG ducking him, but all he said about Canelo is that he would'nt have moved up to 175 if he'd still been there.

            And he wouldn't have.

More than anything, he's just probably tired of the Canelo stans, who keep claiming he would've beaten him when he wouldn't have gone hear him.

Ok then Andre, take a tuneup and beat him if he's so upset.

Its not like Canelo is in his prime either anymore and I would have favored Ward against the best version of Canelo its like he has something to prove when in reality he doesn't.

                Dre's 40 years old.

Canelo's been active, Dre aint fought in 5 or 6 years.

                It's a ridiculous proposition

Ward retired at 33 years old in 2017 right? Odd that he could still had competed and accomplished more, yet is bitter that others are getting recognized for their accolades.
