He's too basic and will never win a title at 140 again. Sad how delusional he is.

Hardly moves too stiff still. He used to a little though but I don't understand or believe he said he trained like hell. All he needs is footwork and movement skills not 3 belts yet especially not MMA. He'll get humiliated. Just focus on learning new skills movement and you'll be alright.

Unsure what the big deal is about getting a 3rd world title. Seems like hes just trying to catch a low hanging fruit or a good style match up with a beltholder at 140. If he wants to go to MMA he shouldve already started training and continue. UFC's current champ at 145 would maul Prograis. I do think Prograis could beat the #2 guy Halloway.

Not saying that 2023 Haney woulddn't beat 2019 Prograis or Taylor, he likely would, but not so convincingly as he did this past weekend.

I could fancy his chances against glass jaw Rolly Romero or possibly even Teofimo Lopez but not Subriel Matias. That fight would not end well for the "Rougarou" Regis Prograis because Matias could really punch.
He's the strongest puncher off all the current 140 pound titleholders if not the entire 140 pound division. If you saw what Devin did to Regis just imagine what Matias would do to him?
