"The ranks associated with each of the men on the Top 49 list were determined by a vote hosted on AskMen.com. Readers were presented with a list of approximately 200 candidates and asked to vote for those who had influenced them the most throughout 2009 - the men who had the greatest impact on how other men behave, dress, buy, and think. After more than 500,000 votes were tallied, the results were averaged out with AskMen.com's staff's own ratings. The resulting final scores provided the basis for the list of the Top 49 Most Influential Men of 2009."

So, as well as it being the most anorexic of sample sizes in voter turn out, it wasn't even an accurate one because the results were averaged with AskMen.com staffers LMAO. Can I say I owned you now Mr. I'm basing all of my argument on 500k voters LMMFAO. God this was fun.
The 500,000 voters were taken as part of a representative sample.

Representative sampling is a type of statistical sampling in which a researcher attempts to select individuals which are representative of a larger population.

Don't bother. He's trying to win an argument by being as illogical as possible and owning himself with his own data. He doesn't know what the words relevance and popularity have to do with influence....

Ok Ok, enough fooling around, since you like to accredit AskMen.com with being this somewhat of a monster in the ranking industry among GLOBAL voters - - swallow this load sir...You think ranking higher than Tiger Woods in a top 49 poll of 2009 is SUCH a big deal, how about taking a slight peek into another vote done by your beloved AskMen.com - - "The Top 10 Influential Men of The 2000's" Yeah, guess who's on that list and guess who's not. Manny get's a year over Tiger, Tiger get's 4th Most Influential Man of the ****ing DECADE. Now shut your mouth!

AskMen's Top 10 Channel offers you top 10 lists on a variety of topics: dating, entertainment, travel, fitness, video games, celebrity, sports and more.

I just won the debate incase you haven't realized you moron. One year as opposed to a decade, where's the debate? Where is it? Influential, look at the people on Tiger's list he ranked ABOVE by your adorned AskMen.com. Next time don't leave yourself open like a sitting duck. Do a little research, it will help you save face in times like these. Incase you didn't see it clearly, here it is again https://www.askmen.com/top_10/entert...e-2000s_4.html Remember, that's the 4th most influential man of the DECADE. Manny who?

Manny may be the most influential person in the Philipines and Pacific, but not world wide.

Kobe bryant lebron james and tiger woods are leauges more influential throughout the world as a whole.

Your a stubborn idiot.. Manny is more popular now and more relevant today than Tiger is. Manny is being talked about now not in the 2000's. Tiger has done a lot for golf... it doesn't mean he's popular or making a splash. I'm sure next year Manny may or may not go up or down on that list. You are an idiot if you think this is about who has accomplished more in sports: Manny vs. Tiger. Hence why posters before claimed you were changing the subject. The Askmen.com rankings is about influence in 2009 dumbass. Manny is making much more buzz worldwide than Tiger is. Even Americans think so, since as you informed only 500,000 people voted, most probably in the U.S. You are trying to make this into some kind of Manny vs. Tiger war which I don't give a **** about since I respect Tiger and what he's done for sports, but I couldn't give a **** ass about golf. Boxing has been in the headlines recently, golf has not and THAT is why Manny is more influential THIS year ******. Now

So by your logic, Barack ***** being 3rd in the top 49 of 2009 makes him MORE influential NOW, than being #1 Most Influential of the Decade (2000's)? Just making sure I'm hearing you right.
