Canelo has never had a problem with slow, flat footed fighters. It’s the guys with good movement (Lara, GGG, Floyd, Bivol) that give him fits.

Canelo is ******. He should fight Benavidez next. I think he beats him. Delaying the fight only benefits David.

I actually think Canelo will win if he fights soon. However, the longer he goes without fighting him, the chance for Benavidez will only get better. I'm starting to wonder if Canelo is hoping to stretch it for years until Benavidez outgrows 168.

Blows my mind how anyone think this is even a close fight. Benavidez just runs him over. If you think otherwise you can't objectively break down fights. Canelo has nothing for Benavidez at all. Its a mismatch.

            - - Canelo ain't fought Mungia, yet U whine about every sound bite U pull up on Canelo.

Cinco de Mayo more than 5 months away. Git thee minder on a regular schedule of changing U BarneyBigBoys and maybe he let U stay up and see the fight.

Won't be much different Bivol vs Ramirez (probably came in 20lbs or bigger than Bivol). When Canelo stops his downhill movement, Benavidez won't have a clue what to do.

Yes that is right, from my observation anyway.

That is what I have been saying, in most threads regarding the Benavidez fight.

Hopkins vs Pavlik, to the general public? This fight looked like a brutal dangerous fight for Hopkins 'And yes it was a dangerous fight.

But anyone who understood Hopkins style, could see that potentially he could beat Pavlik in dominant fashion.

I honestly believe that Alvarez is in a similar situation vs Benavidez 'Benavidez is good enough to make the fight competitive, but? I don't think he has shown enough of the correct attributes to win a fight vs a in condition Alvarez'.

Benavidez movement is probably worse than Alvarez's, and his defense is satisfactory at best.

Alvarez 's defense on the inside i.e Shoulder roll, blocking and rolling with the punches is elite. This negates his lack of elite level movement 'When this is combined with his elite level inside game, I personally believe? Alvarez will just be landing too many punches on Benavidez for him to then be wining rounds vs Alvarez consistently' etc.

Bivol was piecing up Canelo on the ropes, Benavidez would do it much worse. Canelo will be landing too many punches? They will be bouncing off Davids high guard and he will return twice as many back to Canelo including to the body. David has a better inside game with his great upper cuts and body shots, he will just over whelm a short low output fighter than relies on 1 shot at a time.

The clown you responded to classified GGG with Lara, and Floyd lol. Benavidez is like GGG 2.0, similar style but much bigger faster and powerful with a more versatile offense, which is why he is a nightmare for Canelo and destroys him. Canelo just does not have the gas tank to compete with a machine like Benavidez and it seems the fan boys like you keep ignoring that. Once Canelo starts slowing down he will become target practice.

Except that Canelo fights nothing like Bivol and Benavidez is a level above slow ass Zurdo. Nice comparison lol.
