Tapales had a great win/performance over a highly touted, highly skilled, dangerous dude in MJ.

Prograis looked washed his last time out.

When and if Inoue wins in a couple weeks, especially if its a crushing ko win he has my vote as FOTY.

Unified 118 yes it was this time last year end of 2022, dominated unified champion moving up for a stoppage and if he can do it again with Tapales for 2nd undisputed in less than a year I don't see anything anyone else did as topping that.

Haney had a good win over Prograis but in the eyes of most lost his other fight this year, I really doubt him or his father will be given the honor this year.

Inoue will likely be awarded fighter of the year if he beat Tapales. Crawford may get it as well. Benevidez should also be considered over Haney after two big wins this year

Haney has a solid claim but better to let others decide.

Otherwise, if Inoue smokes Tapales, then the Monster would get my vote.

Haney showed poise and guts against Loma, but I had him losing a close decision to a very undersized opponent - then last night, he looked amazing. On the other hand, Beneviedez had two dominant wins over better competition, and then there’s Innoue, who had a flawless 2023. Good on you Devin, but this just wasn’t your year.

Your father is the main reason people don’t like you.

FOTY should go to either Bud or The Monster!

No disrespect to Devin Haney, but I feel like I had the best fight of the year recently, and therefore I should
be the fighter of the year.

Cant disagree. Challenger moving up in weightclass. Going for the supposedly powerful champion. And then decimates him
