This is my last thought of the night. So Haney has made a statement at 140 tonight. Unfortunately it was against my my man Regis. It was really hard to watch, not going to lie. I thought Regis would have a better showing, land more, be able to have moments of success, but that knockdown messed him up. It gave me flashbacks of Kambosos getting that knockdown against Teofimo and how it mentally affected him too. Knockdowns can really mess with a fighter's mind. Can make a game plan go out of the window.
Anyhow, Devin and Bill have been trying to work something out with Keith "One Time" Thurman. I think Thurman is going to take this fight. I really do. So I was wondering how people see that fight playing out.
You think Keith's legs are too old at this point? Think he'll be able to handle Devin's jab? I'm not sure how that fight will go. I'll have to look at that Mario Barrios fight again, but I'm just curious what everyone thinks about this fight.
