    140 pacquiao > 140 haney against prograis
    140 pacquiao > 140 tank against barrios
    140 pacquiao > 140 crawford against postol

It’s a popularity game. I’ve been in boxing forums for a long long time and I can recall fans (Pac fans) clamour how he was going to KO Marquez in the last fight (despite having trouble with him every single fight and running into the same right hand) and clamour how Manny was going to put Floyd to sleep. They see what they want to see, not reality.

You must be forgetting Pacquiao won a MD against Marquez at 140, in a fight ALOT of people had him losing. So not sure where that opinion stems from…
Bud probably would’ve stopped or toyed with Marquez.

the thread asked for a prime pacquiao.

the prime pacquiao clearly ended after his fight with margarito.

those performances against mosley, marquez 3, bradley 1 and finally marquez 4. it was clear he was slowing down after margarito.

He didn’t look great in Marquez II either. There’s a blue-print to beat Manny and Marquez being a counter-puncher has always taken advantage of that.

And here comes this ignorant sob with his usual “every fighter that ever won a big fight” would beat Pacquiao thread. This idiot claimed that both Brandon Figueroa and Luis Nery would beat Manny.

If haney can become atleast a 5 division champion then we can think that he has a slight chance against the former straw weight boxer.

It was when the CWs stopped did the destroyer stop, and it returned to what he was prior to those couple of fights that shot him to stardom, the resume speaks if you look at the fine details.

I think Manny would beat Haney of today but I think Haney is getting better as he matures, just the style alone is big trouble for Manny and if Haney gets a chin and a bit more power Id pick him to beat Manny as a 28/30 yr old, Devin hasn't found is man strength so he hasn't reached his prime yet he is only just entering it.

Manny was old enough to be their daddy. What are taking about.
