Regis Prograis plans to knock out Devin Haney on Saturday night. The strong southpaw doesn't think the unbeaten Haney can take his power and doesn't have enough power of his own to keep the durable WBC super lightweight champion off of him. Haney has undoubtedly made a matchmaking mistake, according to Prograis, by choosing him as the former undisputed lightweight champion's first opponent since he moved up from the 135-pound division.

Once again Regis let your hands go. Don’t get caught up in this waiting game with Haney. If you win a decision then you must throw punches for three minutes of every round.

You cannot afford to allow precious seconds and minutes of each round to run out without throwing any punches.

You are going have a high work rate and punch volume in order to have any chance of winning a decision against this kid.
