1. Regis is currently the champ at 140, Stank is the one that should go up to fight him if he wants it.

2. Stank isn't young, he's about to be 30 and quickly approaching the Andrade level of sh.it having resume.

Exactly but he comes from the Mayweather school of boxing business where if you're the A side you live by the mantra of low risk, high reward and force catch weights for an unfair advantage whenever possible.
