Should Regis Prograis beat Devin Haney on Saturday, a series of super fights could be in store for the WBC junior welterweight champion. Some of the top 140 pounders who can make a big time fight with Prograis include Teofimo Lopez Jr. and Ryan Garcia.

Regis making an excuse for not fighting the face of boxing. Take the catchweight fight, young Tank will give you a nice payday.

If Regis beats Haney, it'll probably be by knockout. No chance Tank's team want any of that smoke if Regis knocks out Haney. He's a great fighter, but he's going to be on a steady diet of Isaac Cruz, Frank Martin and Chris Colbert/Valenzuela for the time being lol

I like the fact that Regis wants to stay 140 no higher , no lower. It's when fighters step out of their divisions the excuses start and for many the loses appear .There was talk of Hagler moving up from 11.6 lbs to 12st. 7lbs for Micheal Spinks (no super middleweight then) .for some prospective Spinks beat the great but slightly faded Larry Holmes . Weight divisions for good reason! I don't think Regis at 140 will end up the king pin but we'll see.

I'm confused how's he making an excuse? Regis campaigns at 140, so why should he be expected to compete below his weight class?

If it’s about popularity or selling ppvs, I can almost guarantee that fighting the same opposition Ryan Garcia sells more then tank as far as face of boxing goes. No one is doing and has been doing more numbers then canelo so the one and only face of boxing is the Mexican living legend all time great first ballot hall of famer, Saul “Canelo” Álvarez
