Haney got hurt by Loma and Linares, and his defense doesn't look as good vs southpaws. Regis will easily be the hardest puncher he's faced. However how much will the weight jump help Devin's stamina and chin? Haney has been boxing with high level trainers and sparring professionals since he was a kid. Regis only started boxing at 17. This kinda reminds me of the Crawford/Spence situation. The big exception here is that this is Devin's first fight at 140.
