Hoya could have just responded by askng Martin if he's willing to fight on a GBP card and Frank would have had a hard time responding. I don't even think Martin is even serious about this fight. He just had to say anything as an answer to whatever the interviewer was asking.
It's a typical tactic to divert the attention away from what is available inside Frank Martin's own backyard.
He knows Zepeda fight ain't going to happen, anyways. They're not in the same street. Frank wants no part of De Los Santos.
That's what it is. Plain and simple.

Zepeda vs Martin is good scrap ngl, fishnets should at least consider this match up for next year. GBP def needs this type of fights they been falling behind for quite while now compared to its peers.

Zepeda is on the other side of the street. Isn’t that what the PBC guys always say?

Frank “Bitchass” Martin blew the chance to fight Shakur Stevenson. He should have jumped on that.

Why does Martin have to fight Stevenson, in order to get a fight against Zepeda?
It sounds like your not to sure of Zepeda's chances to defeat Martin, which by the way I think is a great fight for both of their career's.

People make too much out of Martin's last fight. That Harutyanyan guy was a solid dude and an olympic bronze medalist. He wasn't trash, he just wasn't well-known and unproven like Martin was. He still got the W. DLH talking about having to fight Stevenson before Zepeda makes no sense at all and there's no need to explain why. Whatever he's on that got him making sense of that must be fire and I need me some of that.
