True, but what happens when too many fighters desire more than what the budget will allow? What match-ups will be left for the non-PPV shows? For example, a match-up like Cruz/Martin should headline one of those "free" shows, but Cruz is waiting for Davis to cherry-pick him. If we're lucky to get Cruz/Martin, will that somehow become a PPV?

It's good that PBC found another broadcaster, but I had no doubt they would. The only question was the "where". I just don't want a repeat of what we saw the past few years with PPV over-saturation, chronic inactivity, and primadonna behavior. It's yet to be seen whether the Amazon deal is an improvement over the SHO deal.

Posted this a YEAR AGO before Showtime even announced they was leaving boxing!

The Fox and PBC deal is only good for a few more months. It looks likely Fox will be ending the deal and not renewing. Fox has not really invested in boxing. I understand that PBC has been putting a lot of stuff on Pay Per View now because Fox will no longer cover expenses. Showtime is still in boxing for now although I have

Either everything gets moved to Paramount Global OR they add another Network or APP...watch out for Amazon, they seem to be interested in Expanding Live Sports Events on their Platform. Unlike DAZN, they was able to land the rights to Exclusive NFL Content, then in a Interesting move they recently did a Deal with ONE Championship (MMA) in which they will have an event on Prime Video monthly

maybe PBC gets a Similar deal in which they do a Monthly Event Live on Prime I'm sure it is things in the works that they can't announce because FOX decided to pick up that Option despite not being willing to Spend much money on Fights so they just throwing anybody on PPV like Ruiz vs Ortiz
      AND NOW...

        Well....

PBC PPV fights will be available for all viewers to purchase, regardless of Prime membership.
Which means this deal will eventually die, because Amazon is not going to keep throwing money at fighters.

I cant speak for all DAZN viewers, but when they pulled that okey-doke and started with the PPVs I dumped my subscription.........

So glad that DAZN didn't win the bid. Those rip-off artists offer nothing to justify the expensive subscription fee.

Lmao you sound like a moronic casual. 99% of fighters signed to Al are happy with him, he’s done great ppv numbers that the rest of the promoters only even dream of. It’s not Haymon fault that the tv executives have other plans
