True, but what happens when too many fighters desire more than what the budget will allow? What match-ups will be left for the non-PPV shows? For example, a match-up like Cruz/Martin should headline one of those "free" shows, but Cruz is waiting for Davis to cherry-pick him. If we're lucky to get Cruz/Martin, will that somehow become a PPV?
It's good that PBC found another broadcaster, but I had no doubt they would. The only question was the "where". I just don't want a repeat of what we saw the past few years with PPV over-saturation, chronic inactivity, and primadonna behavior. It's yet to be seen whether the Amazon deal is an improvement over the SHO deal.
