Makes sense, but by 2026 I’m sure those Haney belts will have a home. As of right now, it’s hard for me to see anyone at featherweight or Jr featherweight beating the monster. I’d love to see Nery get a crack at jr feather and maybe Luis Alberto Lopez at feather. At jr lightweight you got Valdez which should be a barn burner but I still see him beating them all and if he then makes it to lightweight it’s when it gets interesting. As far as pacquiaos record, no one is ever touching that… ever.

Valdez just got schooled by Navarrete, who looked like trash in his last fight and deserved to lose his belt.

122 still has a few notable names. Inoue can fight any of Nery, Casimero, and MJ Akhmadaliev to further improve his resume.
After this fight, 13 of 26 fights will have been against world champions. Tapales looked very sharp against MJ though, and MJ has been dominant up to that point, so I'm not sure it's safe to overlook Tapales. 126 is littered with champions and former champions too. It's actually a pretty loaded division.
All those fake boxing fans who are on about how Inoue hasn't fought in the US (which isn't true) need to read this article for a little perspective. Inoue is special, and commands the kind of money without any US PPV that other boxers will build careers around waiting for their shot at losing to him.

Truly special indeed! Once in a lifetime type talent and not only talent but he is building a hof and ATG resume too! Anytime that man fights, I’m watching, greatness isn’t something we get to see everyday

The Big Dunn is definitely paying more attention to 112-126 in 2024.
Gonna have another breakfast and boxing in the 26th with Inoue. Love watching this dude fight.
To me it feels like he is having a top 5 ATG career and we get to see it.

i am content to watch the Monster fight one fight at a time. Always a forecast always gotta look a head to something that might never happen always a prediction. he could fall just like any other fighter he is not unstoppable not unbeatable lets not forget that wonderful fight in the WBSS.......... many things can happen in the ring that are unexpected.Comment

The truth is stylistically Inoue Robeisy is a great fight. Robeisy has good movement and knows how to sit down on his punches.Comment

My favorite part about my night shift prior to Covid was getting home, pouring a coffee and catching the last 2-3 fights of a dope Japanese card.
Keep an eye/ear out for the Shigeoka brothers. Ginjiro could be the next Monster.

If you don't like Inoue , you don't like boxing. I don't care what time he fights at , I'm going to be up watching it. There are a bunch of good fights out there for him between 122 up to 130 , who knows , maybe even 135. The dude is phenomenal. Inoue VS Nery , El Venado, Figueroa, or Robeisy would all be dynamite fights. I don't see Rey Vargas or Valdez in the mix , they're not good enough.Comment
