This is a bit too many replies for a women's fight.

To be honest what matters if women fight 3 mins? It's not as if they are fighting Men. They are fighting their fellow women so no danger.

Female MMA fight the same 5 mins as male and it is quite entertaining with no issues. In UFC female fight 3 rounds 5 mins for non championship match and 5 rounds 5 mins for championship match same as Men and no problem whatsoever even in a 4 ounce glove.

My take is women boxing should still maintain the 10 rounds but with 3 mins and 6 ounce gloves instead of 8 ounces so we can get to see more knockouts and stoppages in women boxing.

Yeah and on this occasion the people making the rules are not the ones participating. She can choose to fight how she wants, no one has to accept to fight her.

I didn’t say anything about the organisation. I’m saying if she wants to fight 3 mins then she can, drop the belt. If Floyd had wanted to lots of ppl would still have bent over to fight him, whether there were belts involved or not.

Of course she can choose how she chooses to fight. But if no one accepts to fight her on that basis, you don't have a contest and she's not part of the sport. She's just someone with no one to fight.
