It's lacking some hype and it's 1 month away so I'm not sure, but as a fight, it should on paper make more. It all depends if the public feel for Pac and Cotto and I hope they can speak english and appeal to the mainstream.

I feel a fighter that can speak english and is good helps bring in more PPV.

Those are tix from a broker, so they have already been purchased. People laughed and ridiculed when Mayweather had tickets available DURING the fight. The Pac/Cotto fight has probably sold as many tickets 5 weeks before the fight then the 13,000 on fight night for Mayweather.
