Interesting. Wonder what kind of budget China could come up with for a world sport event like that

Zang would likely KO Ngannou - Zang's short, fast, hard counters are no joke.
And for how good Fury claims to be, a seasoned/ experienced top level heavyweight should never have looked that way against an MMA fighter making their boxing debut.

This seems strange . Why would Ngannou be the only opponent offered ? Did he say he was injured and then come back claiming no other opponent’s were offered after the event was filled ? Sounds like it . Several guys on this event had to switch opponents I find it hard to believe he was available if he was originally scheduled for a December 23rd date . Other fighters came in on short notice so it dont add up that weren’t originally scheduled for any type of fight event in December .

This sounds like a Warren job here , my guess is he wants Zhang on his own Queensbury card when or IF Tyson fights Usyk . If Warren can land a Ngannou vs Zhang he’d be in a better place bc I think he knows Usyk vs Fury is a hard sell for the money they need to make up for that fight guaranteed purses etc . Franky boy can’t afford another flop with these guys .

I think his team is quite smart and knows stylistically Ngannou matches up quite well vs Fury.

Even in a rematch if Fury trains properly, I think it'll just be a wide but dull points win for Fury and no real risk to Ngannou.

Zhang unlike fury actually hits like a 280lb man. I think Ngannou said Fury was the hardest puncher he's fought, so I can well understand wanting no part of Zhang.

After Zhang KO'd the seemingly indestructible Joyce, I wonder if anyone wants that smoke?

Really? It's going to be for the undisputed HW championship of the world! If they can't promote this fight to sell a mint, the sport is in serious trouble. The Saudis should be very interested in funding it.

Francis isn't naive, he knows the entire division dodging Zhang so isn't going to be the one who draws short straw. Francis knows Zhang tougher
