Pacquiao took a blood test before the hatton fight without any hesitation or fear and it was`nt random.So the fact that he knew when the test was gonna be conducted gave him time for the roids to clear out his blood or find a waty to clear it out his blood.That`s why Pac does`nt want the test to be random.
