Yes, an honest to goodness observation...we knew what we're looking at & not new to boxing...as a boxing fan i know what is a clear win & a close fight...as i review that many times no doubt Castillo was the clear winner of that fight...Compubox analysis & result can testify to that, it's not only my own analysis & observation...Comment

I like both of these fighters..but it will consistently be said that Floyd is ducking Shane. The media throws it out there and just about everyone takes the bait. But I honesty don't think Arum wants Floyd to fight Manny. I mean, why recommend another fighter, when your BEST fighter has made it known that he wants the Mayweather fight many times , then he wants to retire? All Manny has to do is win and they can make the biggest fight in the sport to happen. I remember when Shane did the same thing when Larry interviewed him. He said Floyd should fight someone (Marg) before fighting him. But thats not talked about much and if it is they throw it under the rug.in other words....arum is full of ****....

With that being said, I prefer a May-Pac fight or May-Cotto fight before a May-Shane fight. I wish they could have fought back then, because it would have been a MUCH better fight then. Would I like to see them fight now, yes. But as I said many times before, I would not give Floyd much credit for beating a Shane Mosley at this point in Shane's career. A win over Manny is a much better win for Mayweather, IMO.Comment

floyd isn't waiting on cotto/pac... so he should fight molsey as both are WWs and the best fight that offers the most money at WW sans cotto/pac.Comment

i agree. i don't have a problem with floyd fighting shane, but only an idiot would think he'd take that fight when he has an option of a bigger fight in front of him....
what gets me, is that its hard to argue with a lot of dudes that post on here, b/c they read interviews or hear comments, and just run with them....like they can't think for themslves....
honestly, what makes more sense?
floyd being scared of a 38 year old mosley, even though he challenged him before, when shane was 34 and before, when shane was in his prime at 28....

what floyd says when the mosley subject is brought up? "i challenged him twice, and he declined, now he's 38, at the end of his career, with few options, and obviously wants a payday. i'm not gonna let him get paid off me, when he didn't want to fight me before."

Since when compu box dictates who wins the fights. Is not how many connects is how you are connecting those blows. Some jabbers will kill you with their jab all nite while getting out connected on the power punches department and still win. Its good more or less to guide yourself with it but it doesn't tell the whole fightComment

floyd comes off as spiteful when he talks about history... what floyd should do is say: "mosley is a possible future opponent and I won't rule him out"... that way he doesn't come off as shook.Comment
