It still makes sense to fight Charlo. He's still the no 1 at that weight with two belts. Beat him and then fight a champion at MW, could be his brother or Janibek. They're all big fights with belts that would further cement his legacy. Going up to SMW is surely too big a jump particularly in one leap.

Fight Ennis, or move up and fight Tsyzu or how about Golovkin at middleweight. That sounds good.

Golovkin is retired - Bud basically doesn't want to fight anyone unless he's getting a boat-load of $$$ - which basically means Canelo. There's nobody else around his weight range who can pay that much money - Canelo it is - but Canelo can make the same money fighting Bivol, Jermall, David B or even Munguia - he doesn't need Crawford.

Only other possible money fight would be Tank but that will never happen unless Bud is 45 yrs old.

As long as boxing is run as a capitalistic enterprise with every fighter essentially being a free agent (even if they are with a larger company), Crawford's decision here will make the most sense. He wants to make the most money possible with the few fights he figures he has left. Period. Hard to blame him.

they should all strip him. Who cares ? He’s already won undisputed so it’s pointless to keep defending any of those titles anyway. Go for legacy and move up to a new division. You add more to your career by getting new titles anyway.

Don't disagree. Which is why we wish he would just vacate so the others can fight for titles since he won't do it.
