To be fair tho both 1 and 2nd fight with GGG were razor thin GGG should won the first one.

Also that was many years ago and Canelo been in some solid fights since then. People only think he aged thats why. The Canelo who started cleaning out 168 beats Benavidez. He still might. We also havent seen Benavidez in with a big puncher with a granite chin who can counter

Canelo is sitting back letting public sentiment run up the price of this fight. Also, it's becoming more of a win win situation for Canelo since a lot of people think he's afraid and can't win.

Put me in the camp of that this fight will happen. Maybe not next- Alvarez sounds like he has plans for what is next, and as he is still the money maker he will do what he wants. But I think it happens back end of next year. Too much interest now. Alvarez will take it because it is the only true big money- legacy assisting rumble in his unified division.

Grain of salt... I also believe that Fury and Joshua were going to fight when Joshua still had all his belts and that was going to be a unification fight. So I am prepared to be wrong.
