Looking at both Wlders and Joshua's resumes (Fury aside) Wallin and Parker are par for the course. They've avoided each other for six years shamelessly and most everyone else .They are both fortunately near retirement , and the sooner the better!

I think I'm in the camp of nothing lost nothing gained.

We didn't get it when it was hottest so it's no big deal as long as they're both fighting decent guys. It's a bit frustrating how everyone acts like how unproven=proven-to-be-shet and proven=beats-all-unproven.

Wallin could win. Wallin has a better chance of winning than the guys Joshua beat while ducking Wilder. About equal with Andy, and that'd be a good fight too, Wallin-Ruiz.

Parker could beat Wilder, y'all don't know that he doesn't, and he's a better scalp than most of the guys Wilder beat while ducking Joshua.

The entire time AJvWilder was up for grabs they fought dudes like Brea and youse ****ers paid for tickets, especially you Joshua ****ers, so wtf is there to cry about? They're fighting better names than they were. IDGAF if Wilder vs Joshua ever happens, it's late now anyway, and it looks like both of them are adding names kids will use to arguing resume vs resume with so, **** it. It's fine.

I think Froch tells it like it is. Wallin is not a bad fight, but not one to get too excited about when we were told the whole year they were lining up Wilder for December. Wallin is a decent fighter, and at least it does suggest they are stepping things up with the rebuild for AJ.

While I think Wilder would be a better fight, Wilder has been inactive for over a year and his last fight went one round. Hard to rank him above guys who are active and winning.

They should have just made Wilder-Joshua.

There is no need to "build up" the fight, the public wanted it 6 years ago and now both are on the downslide of their careers.

Wallin is a very very live underdog and he could damn well upset Joshua... then ***ing what? then we NEVER get wilder-Joshua.

Wallin is a dirty ass fighter. When Fury had that cut that required 47 stitches... Wallin was thumbing it in the clinches when the ref was on the opposite side and couldnt see it. That was some dirty chit. He will do anything to try to win. You can see this VERY clearly in one of the slow motion replays. Stuck his thumb right up in it. Ref on the other side.

AJ has always been overrated, in reality he is gunshy, hates being hit. Hates being in hard fights. So I think there's not really much for him to do again Wallin, other than covering up or get KO'd.
Wallin hasn't beaten an actual top-10 guy (not ABC rankings) in his life and his best win was a decision over a past-prime Breazeale. AJ has definitely been gunshy and sometimes looked vulnerable but only to a combination puncher with fast hands or arguably one of the most skilled boxers, not your average contender. As I said before, I doubt Wallin even goes as far as Helenius. AJ beats the hell out of Wallin.

Just wondering what exactly you see in Wallin that makes you think he can win this fight?

Won't be saying that after Wallin makes him look ****** for 12 rounds.

I certainly don't agree with you that Wilder ducked Joshus, in fact it (to me anyways) seems to be the exact opposite. Now is the best time for Joshua to fight Wilder because of the potential of ring rust for Wilder. Still, I believe that if they fight within the next year Wilder knocks Joshua out.
