If Saul Avarez doesn't fight his mandatory challenger David Benavidez, the shame will eclipse most of his accomplishments to date.

I don’t see how Canelo can whip Benividas. Maybe if it was 4 years ago. One thing I would like to see, cause NO ONE has done it, is someone who can hurt Benividas. I’d like to see how he takes it. I did see Benividas sort of mildly panic when Andrade threw a 4 punch combo to his face. He look shocked and backed up. Don’t mean nothing though. Just wonder how he will take a REAL POWER PUNCHER.

Oh I agree. But I’m saying Canelo is clearly past it now but 3 or 4 yrs ago, he was still better than he is now.

How many years ago was that ?
    Thank you

That being said , he only did it cause he wasn’t getting any fights and no one was watching him

Well Canelo no longer had any excuses to duck him. And he’s not from Mexico he’s america so that can’t be used as an excuse either
