I do think Ergashev knows what he's getting into tho. If he handles it well is the question. I think this is a pretty even fight & both guys best opp so a lot on the line here & I lean towards Ergashev early or Matias late & a lot of fun til its finished.
Matias killed a guy, like for real.

Otherwise they'll be two bulls charging into each other causing carnage, and the result will be to bloodied bulls with broken horns to boot.
Two of the best fighters in the 140 pound weight division going at it for all the marbles, I really can't wait to see this fight, and how it's going to play out.
I watched his last 2 fights. That's not how he fought against inferior fighters to Matias. His exceptional talent his great footwork an defensive responsibility. Even when stalking he maintains distance. He counters very well and that's how he gets a lot of his knock downs and stoppages - he hits opponents with punches they don't see. But all of that was one against opponents who are 2 levels below Matias. Matias has to make sure he doesn't just follow him around

Well now that we have both of our perspectives on this particular fight, all that's left is to see how it actually goes down tonight!

For some reason this is a good fight and anyone of them can win.

Odds-wise it would be. Ergashev is about a +300ish (or having about a 25% chance to win) at most books I've seen. It feels very 50/50ish to me tho.

Yes and No. Most boxing fans view this as a 50/50 fight. But bookies have it pretty lopsized. I got Ergachev at +310

Yea man. He is super lean and massive. Idk if I’ve ever seen him fight but he is in tremendous freaking shape and has a super high KO ratio. I’ve seen Matias in action so this will likely be fight of the night. Very fun PPV addition to the card.

From what I've seen, this guy Ergashev always looks like he wants to kill his opponent.
