  • Comments Thread For: Bradley Expects Benavidez's Relentless Attack To Overwhelm Andrade in Second Half

Former two division champion Timothy Bradley believes David Benavidez will be a bit too much for Demetrius Andrade - but he also doesn't rule out a possible upset. On Saturday night at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Benavidez and Andrade will collide in a battle of former world champions. The bout headlines a Showtime Pay-Per-View card.

The_Great_Gazoo.pngThe Great Gazoo Bradley is right . Benavidez is going to beat the fight out of Boo Boo in a war of attrition. He's going to trap him on the ropes and make him fight for three minutes of every round. Benavidez is like the tide , inevitable.

Andrade tends to fade, thats the only thing against him, and age

Benavidez is favoured to win, understandably. I'd love to see him fight Morrell.

Train at 10k plus and he will pace himself, won't go for anything wilder and crazy as he does against lesser opposition. Benavidez has a resume full of old shot fighters and sweet cheeks and people acting like Andrade is some scrub who wasn't an Olympian tested against high-level Cubans and Eastern Euros. This fight is literally based on Mike Tyson calling this dude the Mexican Monster when it is somewhere between Bivol (high-level boxer) vs Gilberto (oversized slug-like Benavidez) and Lara (a lot of the movement we show vs. Angulo was gone) vs Hurd.

Andrade really doesn't move as retreat vs a lot of angles but it still comes down to where his legs are. If his legs are fresh for 12 he is going to do a number on Benavidez. If he is around where Lara was vs. Hurd, Benavidez is the obvious win.

No matter Haymon isn't Andrade is out the fight with a win unless it is overwhelming like Bivol Gilberto.

          Andrade's legs are good

          Andrade's legs gone

The Olympian in Andrade comes out

Someone lied and Andrade was actually Plant's sparring partner.

One camp at his age is hardly going to change his stamina. Either someone has it or they don't.
