All the cliche comments being made 'Fury is 270 + pounds, blah blah'.
Fury is not a great athlete guys, Mike Tyson was a in comparison a supreme athlete.
Fury's brute strength is completely overrated, it has not been proven inside the ring 'Whenever Fury has fought anybody close to his weight, or a fighter who he does not out weigh by 30-40 pounds he has 90% of the time fought them on the back foot' It is a myth that Fury is this bulling type Heavyweight, it is all made up.
Fury has been decked the highest number of times, out of the current top-4 Heavyweights 'Even though he has barely fought at World level outside of Kiltschko & Wilder'.
Fury's next opponent is 6"3 220 pounds, so according to the reasoning of all the hardcore Fury fans who? Believe he is some sort of genetic monster fighter 'This should be a easy fight? Usyk is nowhere near as strong physically as Mike Tyson, and does not have punching power like Mike Tyson'.
You would of thought after a non-professional boxer in Ngannou decking and beating up Tyson Fury, that? Fury's hardcore fans would of piped down with their favorite way to boast Fury's resume i.e Mythical head to head match ups.
Mythical head to head match ups are Fury's hardcore fans number 1 tactic in how to boast Fury's resume 'And it looks like possibly as some sort of panic reactions, they are once again going into overdrive with it'.
I have predicted this awhile back, Tyson Fury is 1 fight away from ether greatness or being thrown into the abyss 'Fury is a great fighter of this era, the man has some mega wins'.
But Fury is potentially one lost away from just really being another Heavyweight World Champion 'Like Hasim Rahman, Shannon Briggs, Tony Tucker, John Ruiz'.
People may think I am being very critical with that observation but? I don't think I am.
Note: If you watch many sports these days, people kind of get carried away in the moment 'Especially in team sports'. Every current athlete is apparently, the greatest of all time, you see the goat acronym being overused all the time. When really the large majority of current active athletes in most sports are just what is hot right now.
People must understand on this thread, certain folk are not going to see past the moment 'Maybe because they don't want to, the culture in which they live in is all about the moment'.
And I just believe within thing like sports, this behavior very apparent on a mass scale.
There is no appreciate for the past, history or wonder and optimism about the future 'It is just the moment'.
So those people will only be able to operate in THIS moment 'And in this moment Tyson Fury is the WBC World Heavyweight Champion, he is 270 + pounds and the media is saying things like? He can move like a middle weight, is a monster Heavyweights with great endurance'.
Of course Mike Tyson has the ability to **** out Tyson Fury 'A clumsy Heavyweight like Fury, who makes more unforced errors than a novice Tennis player. I don't really think it is a stylistically super great match up for Fury'.
Weather it be mythical head to head match ups, or the talk of Fury dimensions those are usually the two favorite ways hardcore Fury fans like to boast Fury's resume.
Fury took a major hit vs Ngannou in terms of all-time great ratings. And now he is in another fight vs Usyk 'Were Usyk can potentially just blast out ring, all these mythical head to head tactics and the constant fixation of Fury's dimension as a fighter' etc.
