How the hell does Ricky Hatton lose 30-50 lbs in training before a fight?

        The excess comes off the easiest I used to do 2 pound a day but going down to 154 and below i'm lucky to do a pound .Thank f--k for full throttle conditioning that's how i've managed to keep my weight down .I can get away with a 10 15 minute high intensity workout and eat and drink what i want and still stay at my weight .That's gonnae have to change tho if i want to make 147.I'm going to need a good diet roadwork and no booze at all.

          I'm suprised tho how Hatton's body has let him make lightwelter all the time and he hasn't went up in weight .He must just train very hard and be highly motivated.I used to walk around 154 but since going up in weight walk around 160 but my bodyfat is less now.I only blew up because I went to 10stone unhealthly.My body stopped functioning and I don't think I really recovered 100 percent.
