Also like you said, Floyd had no problem facing Cotto at 154, because he knew Cotto wasn't a real super welter.

Honestly don't know why they're surprised they stripped Fury within 10 days of beating Wlad, IBF are kind of renowned for this behaviour and I wouldn't necessarily say it's a bad thing.

You shouldn't have to navigate your way to mandatory position, hold said position and be forced to wait around for years and not get a worthy fight to put you over basically ever.

LoL, Mayweather is a natural much smaller man than Canelo. He still OUTCLASSED Canelo quite easily. He got hit SOLID by Canelo and not only took it but stayed composed.
That particular Canelo was the fastest there ever was. He just was out classes. As far as trout beating him ahhhhh, NO. Watch the fight again. Same goes for Lara.

Canelo at 152 was drained, he was far from his prime, from being a polished fighter at 22, pretending that Canelo was at his peak in that fight is silly.

I've said many times promoters must stop adding continuous rematch clauses which is holding up the divisions and other fighters careers. The modern day fighters fight once or twice a year because of the millions they make, I'm glad one of the governing bodies are making a stand but they need to be more consistent.

Floyd wouldn't fight Canelo at any weight.

He could have fought him at 154 but chose to made him go down to 152 to weaken him. That's just factually what happened.

All of these title organizations are full of shyt. You current have champions who haven’t fought in about 2 years who haven’t been stripped. You have champions who aren’t even fighting guys from their own weight class and they aren’t stripped. It’s all arbitrary.
