Carlos Quintana wanted a higher catch-weight for his December 5 bout with Joshua Clottey. The fight will open up the HBO televised card that features Kelly Pavlik-Paul Williams in the main event from the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Why Money Mayweather is avoiding Sugar Shane for a fight? Maybe the reason is that SS punished Margarito badly is'nt it?

I dont blame Q, Why drain yourself for a non-title fight??? Even clottey struggles to make 147.

Has anyone seen Q at 154 yet and how he looks compared to 147? He move better or what?

149 could play in Clotteys hands seeing as he is obviously the bigger man weight-wise.

Well, I can't see this hurting either of them since both seem like big 147 pounders.

Well i see no problem with Clottey on higher weights for Quintana. That would give Clottey no more problems on reaching 147lbs on weigh in..
