In 2006 Mayweather called out Mosley because Mosley was a draw. Margarito had no names in his resume then in 2007 Margarito got wooped by Williams. Baldomir was the only logical choice left in 2006 for 10Mill and chance to win the WW Lineal title.

that's exactly a point, floyd is waiting for cotto-pacquiao winner, it's just after arum's statement about pac-may fight in march. floyd wants to show that he is not intrested if the money isn't right, it means if the money not right i will move on. it's all negotiations tactics.
