Comments Thread For: Hearn Bashes Teofimo Following Lopez's Snide: 'He Has Unrealistic Expectations of His Commercial Value'

Matchroom Boxing head Eddie Hearn and Teofimo Lopez Jr. have been duking it out online in recent days. It all started when the 140-pound contender Lopez took a shot at Hearn and DAZN on social media, responding to a post about a DAZN subscription cancellation.

He thinks that he should get paid like he still is too. I love watching him fight but he doesn't draw much of a crowd for whatever reason. 4k in a city of millions like New York , a city of such diversity and density of population that there have got to be at least 20 thousand boxing fans even with it being a niche sport. Didn't the ladies fill out the big arena at MSG ? Meanwhile Teo Loco can't fill the ballroom. You're right, he is delusional.

            Pot kettle much,
Eddie still thinks his former cash cow is entitled to Saudi A-side money & a 5050 split with Fury.

Teo, after beating Loma said "before Floyd was money he was pretty boy" . I thought he was smart & knew he had to be pretty boy & take the low balls until he was money.
How wrong was i, just another one of the entitled to of this generation. With his old man, he never really had a chance.

As fortunate as Teofimo Lopez Jr,. has been to become a multimillionaire through the sport of boxing.
He's still an resentful, disrespectful, arrogant little son of a prick, who doesn't deserve the fortunes he's earned in the ring.
I honestly believe that both he, and his father have psychological issues, I don't know how those issues haven't ruined his career.
Kambosos already put an ass whipping on him, there are quite a few fighters who are looking to do the same to him, in the 140 pound weight division.
This in no means is a post defending Eddie Hearn, who is a snake in his own right, I'm just tired of hearing that little jerk Teofimo popping off.

Garbage Men and Cab drivers make more than 90% of Boxers...

I don't know why people say "He's a Cab Drivers" like that's a bad thing. Again, 90% of boxers cannot afford to live off of their boxing earnings. And, people act like they don't take cabs, or sit their garbage on the curb for someone to take care of..

Teofimo isn't the fighting machine that he was prior to winning the title, his last win in which he looked spectacular was against Commey.
He's definitely lost some of his fighting ability, I think it's more psychological, than it is physical, but he's lost some of his effectiveness in the ring.
Look for Tank, Matias, Haney, possibly Ryan, and even Stevenson, when he decides to move up to 140 to beat Teofimo, in the near future.
