Better beating the meat first, and eating eggs later.

That's interesting in the Helenius case, apparently Benns case it's been said the metabolites were from food, if it's the same for Helenius & proven Benn may heave been innocent all along.

That's because if there was a test it was a sniff test.

He is to soft for heavyweight. Bakole was giving him brutal punishment.
Personaly, I expected more from Yoka but after Bakole and Takam he has nothing to do in heavyweight division. He should try in Cruiserweight

Helenius might be innocent but Benn isn't his egg excuse holds no weight.

Britain has the 2nd strictest rules in the world (Japan being the most strict) when it comes to eggs because of the "alleged" salmonella crisis of 88 and the resulting fallout that bankrupted 1000's of farms and took 25 years for prices of eggs to recover.

Not only that but even Europe itself rarely has cases of clomid in their eggs because of their shared health and safety practices and the half life of clomid is what 4-7 days, he popped in what July and Sep so during his camp assuming he had a 12 week camp and his camp takes place in the UK because of Tony Sims.

Kind of a tricky path to go after Helenius for using clomiphene. I mean, what if the male patient
has a legit testosterone deficiency... an actual issue in quite a few males? IMO, seems kind of strange
to keep someone off meds they were prescribed. Just my 37 cents worth, that's all.

Wow Yoka was really a hype job. He’s been pro only a few years and already has 29 losses.
