Haney clearly screwed that fight up on purpose with that 25% garbage rule. Secondly the clown knows he can't make the weight anymore. Did ya see his skeleton system at the last 135lb weigh in

Haney daddy told him what to say, he knows dammmm well that he don't want to see Stevenson, If Shakur went to Jr. Welter he would run to Welterweight to avoid fighting him. GTFOH!

He'll have a happy Christmas if he beats Prograis even by a close split D. Then he'll ballooned up to 168 gorging up large stacks of delicious beef steaks prepared for him on the eve of X'mas and New Year.

I do think he would beat Prograis. Haney got lots of defensive tactics in his arsenal to pull off a victory for his 140 debut fight. He'll hug, run, duck below the waist... not to mention his natural, confident athletic zest to outdo the guy in front of him.

There's just no scenario that that happens in modern boxing.

2 guys who are relatively around the same place in fame & career & around the same age.

One guy is not going to take 25% to fight a guy he's just as accomplished as, who's around the same age as he is.

Devon knew that that's why he lowballed him.

Same thing Spence did to Crawford for 5 or 6 years.

Haney spewing bullsht to justify his blatant ducking. Shakur called him out in public dozens of time, this dude is afraid of saying his name out loud.

And since he wants to talk resumes, sure let's do it. Haney began his career at 135, and is there 6 years later in his professional career. This is not an older amateur starting his career at his natural weight. No, this is a young fighter who's weight bullying his opponents. He has 2 wins against limited fighter in Kambosos, which were some of the ugliest boxing you can see on this planet, with plenty of cheating by both parties. He also has a heavily disputed "win" against Lomachenko - where most people saw a Lomachenko win, who is at least 1, but most reasonably 2, divisions lighter than him, AND is more than a decade older than him.

Shakur began his career at 125, and instead of staying around weight bullying everyone, has moved up twice already. In his 2nd division, he absolutely dominated an undefeated 2 world title holder Oscar Valdez.

Haney's resume is smokes and mirrors. He's stayed at 135 weight bullying opponents, and after getting a gift against Loma, he's running away from everyone in the division with his tail between his legs. Shakur's resume > Haney.

He fought an OLD LOMA and lost. Refused to fight him again. All the rest were nobodies. Shakur actually has been fighting CURRENT champions. He won’t fight Shakur for a very good reason. He should like Mayweather fought young Canelo cause Shakur is going to get much better.
