I like road warriors and I am su****ious of home bodies. Not just Cat, there are plenty of home town wizards. I like guys who go to Vegas for the fame and fortune, and guys who go to a bully's home. Even the cheap imports get more credit for a close loss, from me, than the home town hero.

Hope teo somehow dominates Catterall and gets rid of his negative style tbh

The best should fight the best regardless of whatever style they display. I’ve never understood some fans holding this sentiment.. it just encourages fighters to duck more
Look at how NSB treated Spence, Cobbs, Wilder, etc. One loss and they call for retirement. That’s where it comes from. And until more call it out, it will get worse.

Jack has home made written all over him. He'll go to NY for Teo, but he's staying home otherwise. Also Eddy is stearing him clear of any Mexican cab drivers.

You do realise he was with MTK not Queensberry prior to Matchroom?

Frank did put him in position to fight for a world title though. He was WBO #1 when he left Frank.

Really should've been him against Sandor or something.
Exactly… I don’t know what they’re expecting him happen, I reckon Eddie just wants to try and cash in with the Taylor rematch but I’m not sure the demand for that fight is really that big anymore.

I’d like to see Jack fight in a final eliminator, he’s definitely good enough to win a world title but he’s 30 now, he needs to get cracking.

I don’t know what the plan is with Catterall. It’s like he’s just randomly calling out big name fighters and hoping something will happen. I feared this might happen when he signed with Matchroom.

Matchroom need to get him a final eliminator, that’s the only way Jack’s getting a shot, nobody is going to give him a voluntary. He’s talented, hard to look good against and isn’t a draw. No champion is going to pick him as a challenger unless they have to fight him.
