Comments Thread For: David Adeleye On Knockout Loss To Fabio Wardley: "I Know I'm Better Than Wardley"

There were two sticking points whenever David Adeleye opened his mouth recently. One was that he was ready to go to the next level. The other? Well, that Fabio Wardley was all talk. This past Saturday night, the bombastic heavyweight prospect was wrong all around.

Adeleye is trash. Wardley needs a better opponent.

      How about Bakole, Gassiev?

Gassiev doesn't look much good at heavyweight but it wouldn't mind that fight.

Wardley hasn't fought above British domestic level yet. He should fight someone like Hughie Fury. Hughie is pretty much euro level and much more skilled than anyone Wardley has fought. It would be a good test to see if he can get above European level and deal with a pretty skilled fighter at that level.

Wardley v Parker down the line might be good if Wardley gets a few more wins.

Before the fight we wasn't sure who the best was , I thought Fabio and now know I was right.David must accept this fact to improve.

Adeleye didn't look good in that fight and Wardley pretty much nullified most of his work. Fighters around his age can still improve dramatically after losing and sometimes it even takes defeat to set them on the right path. So while it's a loss for Adeleye now, it might end up working to his advantage in the long run. I guess time will tell.

Actually bro , you're not better than Fabio Wardley. You should watch the tape , then apologize to Mr. Wardley.

He started well but then wardleys better athleticism and gas tank became a factor because he got stronger as the fight went on and wardley started to fade after about 5-6 rounds. Wardley just alot more fluid and explosive

Not sure if David A did enough to even merit a rematch to be honest
