He has NEVER fought anyone elite besides the limited slugger Miranda which Kelly Pavlik completely ruined and only then could arthur hurt him with his punches in the rematch. arthur is the most hyped yet untested fighter I can remember in recent times. He's a bum that will lose to the first prime elite opponent he fights. Face it the guy is a hypejob.

Because he's hyped for no reason. He won a strap without fighting the legit champion and then paraded around like he was the home coming queen. He's done nothing to deserve the praise some fans and reporters give him nothing.
