How are AJ and Smith hypejobs in there divisions? Both men are ranked within the top ten and would be credible challenger's for the champions.

Easy work? It'd be foolish for AJ to underestimate a switch-hitting heavy hitter like Ngannou, after the whole of the combat world just saw him beat Fury in his first pro fight. Hearn is probably attempting to sell the fight big, getting the MMA fans riled up by downplaying Ngannou's chanced. Strange thing is that Hearn also mentioned he hasn't even spoken to AJ about fighting Ngannou. A little premature to start beating the drum for that fight when you haven't even discussed it with AJ?

Eddie said that AJ will knock Ngannou out in 3 with pressure. I would suggest he doesn't try this. Despite being very limited, Ngannou proved he's a strong, tough MF.

What would be a better scenario is if AJ boxed behind his jab and straight right (when Ngannou goes southpaw), breaks him down to the body and stops him late... or win on points if the big dude doesn't go. That would be easy work for sure.

AJ can win only on points. I can only see Nggnnou KO AJ if we talk about KO.

Ngannou has definitely proved his pedigree by troubling Fury like that, regardless of how much Fury did or didn't train.
I imagine Hearn is keen because it's just money in his pocket. AJ probably is wary of reputational damage if Ngannou troubled him as well. Ngannou hasn't actually beaten anyone yet, so the kudos wouldn't be great for beating him and would be a career-ender if Aj were to lose.

it is not surprising that the promo men are out there chummin the waters to try and catch attention of making a quick buck on a name and a result that says more about how boxing has gone down the toilet then anything else.............but yet when i watch people talk seriously about this flash of a fight being a barometer of boxing skill, n actual potential big fight's for boxing that still does amaze me.
