  • Is Naoya Inoue On His Way To Becoming The GOAT?

I say he's already almost there.

    Nope...

He doesn't fit the "physical profile" the media prefers.

Being a Japanese fighter is an uphill battle

you could win the best fights that half of boxing fans don't know about

He is capable but dude needs the right dance partners. It’s kinda hard in the modern era.

            Ugh, get off his dxck

Dude, you know how far away dude is from Robinson, Armstrong, Pep, Duran, etc. . .

Just let him be one of the best in this era.

Because he's not even the P4P king right now

Goat? Who knows but Monster Inoue is on his way to becoming the greatest fighter from Japan and rivaling Pacman for the greatest Asian boxer ever.

He's already basically considered the unofficial greatest fighter from Japan in history and just in the process of adding on to his legacy.
Within Asia, his competition is already down to just Pacman at this point and when all is said and done it will probably be a matter of what people prefer more, Pac's 8 division of belts or Inoue's potential 5~6 divisions with likely 3 undisputed in 4 belt era (assuming Inoue moves up to 126 in early 2025 or so and spends the next few years cleaning out 126, then ends up his tail end of the career with a few matches at 130 and maybe stripping a belt off one of the weaker champ at 130).

Depends on where you put Pacman as on his peak, GOAT of 130 and below is certainly realistically doable.
