Many of them probably want to retire to avoid smoke, but money in the bank is not sufficient to just abandon their very livelihood from the beginning.

The reason they are not complaining is because there's a non- disparagement clause in the contract and they're not allowed to criticize them. If they do they wouldn't even get any fights and would be in serious trouble
