Terrible. A non title fight. Charlo should be stripped of the belt straight away.

Jermall should have been stripped of the belt a LONG TIME AGO. Why is the WBC so strongly behind him? Does Mauricio Sulaimán have a man-crush on him (or something more)?

All that aside, as an undercard fight, Jermall vs Benavidez Jr at least interests me on a couple of levels and will maybe be competitive.

I mean, he’s fighting a one legged welterweight, but whatever lol

The middleweight champ is fighting José Benavídez Jr in a non-title belt?

What a ****ing joke the WBC is.

WBC even has a protocol to declare him a champ in recess, guaranteeing him a shot at whoever is champ on his return. He must have dirt on Sulaiman.

It does look like a decent card, that might actually be worth the cost. That said, WTF kind of nick name is "Boo Boo"? I mean, it's so easy to clown. People call him "Poo Poo", "Doo Doo", and if he gets fat, "Moo Moo". Well, that last one was my idea.

I think "the leg" is an excuse. I don't think he moved much differently "before" than he does now. And he hasn't fought at WW since the Bud fight. Not saying he's a MW, though. Personally, I think Jr will get knocked out, but then again Jermall didn't KO Montiel and that was before all his issues. All I'm saying is it'll be good to see Jermall back in the ring and see how he looks. And they could have picked a worse opponent than Jr.
