This is one of the more measured comments regarding this fight by Jones. I think Fury naturally has slowed down - he doesn't keep himself in the best shape and age plays a factor. He still moves well, but not as fluid as previously. I expect him to be much better in a fight with Usyk. I still favour him not in terms of skill but purely due to his size.

But your right about Chisora and Whyte, Chisora hasn't put in a good shift against anyone for years and Whyte has always been hopeless.Comment

Fury was not in shape, didn't take this seriously after all those expos between boxers and MMA fighters. Watch in just 2 mins how many times he touches with the jab and the right follows and lands but nothing is on it.
this is essentially wilder and aj's technique for landing their right.
wolf tickets are being sold all over the the place. this guy gets stopped by even Charr.
Wilder probes with the left and the right comes in
If Fury can't make the rematch put this guy in with Wilder.

If anything I have been a Fury critic for a while, not his fan but recognize that he has skills.Last edited by STREET CLEANER; 11-02-2023, 08:06 AM.Comment

Mike Tyson was still great enough, to show flashes of real all-time great ability 'And take Botha out of the fight'.
Were was the greatness from Tyson Fury, were was the flashes of greatness that show? This is a all-time great fighter, he is not in the best of condition 'But he still has a greater skill level than Ngannou'.
It was not there mate, because Tyson Fury is a great fighter within this era of Heavyweights 'But he is not as great as his hardcore fans claim him to be, and to date nobody can claim that he is a all-time great Heavyweight Champion' etc.

True words from Roy.
I think Fury could retire, not now, but have maybe another two fights maximum, possibly three.
I can see him fighting Usyk once and a rematch with Ngannou.
I would be surprised if he and Joshua fight, with all the difficulty of those negotiations. It's also just not the attractive fight it was about three or so years ago.Comment
