Francis Ngannou apparently won't be taking much stock into his official boxing record. As far as the former UFC champion from Cameroon is concerned, he basically defeated the top heavyweight boxer in the world--in what was his boxing debut, no less.

He would have to prove he clearly won 4 out of the 9 rounds outside of the 3rd, which is very debatable. So he wasnt robbed. Notice its a vague accusation and not him listing which rounds specifically that he dominated that the judges stole from him.

Hes definitely the hottest thing in combat sports right now, but situations can change fast. If he takes a bad loss in his next fight the bubble will burst and the experiment will be over just like that. Remember Fury himself was on top of the world at one point after the Wilder fights, now his stock is completely in the ****ter and peoples perceptions of him are generally pretty poor.

in any measure of the fight, Fury lost. Period. no flimsy jabs don't count as much as power shots that bust you open.

Ngannou inflicted the most damage, Ngannou scored a knock-down, Ngannou landed the more power punches.

Fury out landed Ngannou by, 11 punches in total.

Is that what you think is a lot? It was the same situation with Fury vs Wilder I, Fury was backed up all night and decked twice 'Wilder also out worked Fury over 12 rounds'.Tyson Fury was not robbed in that fight, the draw was the right decision.

Note: If Ngannou would of been given the decision vs Fury, nobody really could of complained 'It was a close fight, Fury was pushed. Fury was saved due to the fact that he was Tyson Fury and he was supposed to win' etc.

I love how everything is a "rObBeRy" these days... Yes Francis completely outshined most expectations. And yes, Fury underwhelmed. And yes, Fury got knocked down. I'm just curious how many of all the people crying robbery actually scored the fight.

I finally got around to watching it. There's a lot that could and would have gone Ngannou's way if that had been part of the script, such as the blatant elbow landed by Fury, which he wasn't even warned for. Do you really think that would have gone the same way if Ngannou had hit Fury with an elbow? That could easily have been a point deduction, or even a DQ considering how deliberate it was. Round 2 was one of Fury's best rounds, but Ngannou still managed to cut him and do the majority of the damage. Fury was the one that looked injured and hurt at the end of that round, and that was one of his best rounds. There were a few of what people like to call "swing rounds", but IMO Fury needed all of them to win the fight. It's pretty obvious to everyone that Ngannou wasn't to win a close fight on points since Fury had already signed for the Usyk fight. And it's also obvious that Ngannou did all the damage. So Fury might have won on (two of) the judges cards, but Ngannou clearly won the fight.
