Comments Thread For: Shakur Stevenson Hoping Regis Prograis Pulls It Off Against Devin Haney

Regis Prograis needed a big fight. Well, maybe he didn't need it but he certainly wanted one. Picking up a win over Danielito Zorilla didn't qualify as such. Simply put, the 34-year-old was a bit envious of what was happening around him.

I think people don't enjoy Devin Haney style. To many he lost to Loma and also ducked the rematch and a fight with Shakur. I do give him props for taking on Regis.

Regis' downfall will be his slow hands, slow feet, phony tough guy act and that dumbass New Orleans tattoo splattered all over his chest. Haney 120-108 (3x) Prograis.

It's always the case for all established boxers. They're rather lose to another established guy. Do you see him taking on Hitchins? Zepeda for stay-busy fights, Jamaine Ortiz? I doubt he'll fight Caterrall, Ramirez, even Richard Commey, Pedraza.

Jack Catterall beats everyone at 140.

Why is that Shakur, I thought that you wanted to fight Devin your damn self?
Undefeated versus undefeated, what's up champion, don't you want to try, and get that glory for yourself?

In a division that has prograis, Haney, Teo and Matias, I highly doubt Catterall comes out of the pack as the man.

Everyone was on Taylor's nuts until Catterall knocked them off. Jack beat The Man and until someone fights and beats Jack, he remains the man. And in my opinion, Catterall beats every fighter you named.
