Wardley also has nothing to lose. He could use the boost to his international profile, and his vulnerability would make for a potentially entertaining fight. I've seen people say that Ngannou's biggest advantage is his unorthodox approach due to not being a pro boxer. Wardley is a bit unpredictable himself, and has shown willingness to swing for the fences if he or his opponent are in trouble. It's a match-up that could have many tense moments. He's also a fighter who's still developing, unlike Fury/Wilder/AJ. Wardley could surprise Ngannou in ways that the top guys cannot.
I like that matchup too. Wardley has looked very vulnerable at times (my mind goes back to the Molina fight) but he's stopped some established veterans (Webb , Molina, Martz) and younger fighters with decent pedigree (Gorman and Adelaye).
