Comments Thread For: Froch: Fury Looked Like He Got Beat Up, Ngannou Fought The Fight of His Life and Was Robbed!

Former world champion Carl Froch was one of the many boxers who ridiculed the crossover fight between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou. Very few observers gave Ngannou - a former UFC champion who was making his pro boxing debut - a shot at winning the fight.

      Dewey Cooper did his homework.
The way to hurt Fury is to counterpunch. Hit when he attacks.
Basically ALL of Fury's knockdowns have happened when he was countered. He is wide open and doesn't take his head off center.
He never brings his hands back up when punching and his reflexes have also mostly gone. Now he can only bend down and go for the grab.

Froch is just a hater. Always has something negative to say about AJ or Fury.

More to the point he almost never fights anyone good. And his record is appalling. Fury is just not that good. From the moment he ran from the Wlad rematch, that much was clear. The fact he was fighting an MMA guy instead of trying to unify the belts should tell you that. He has looked bad against so many people - Pianeta (who?), Wallin, David Price, Cunningham etc

Guarantee he will retire or take a "mental health" break. Probably to do another reality TV series about his family and their love for uncastrated wild boar

Ngannou had zero pro boxing experience, so it's possible Fury's lifestyle has finally caught up to him (the drugs and alcohol after he was banned) - it's highly possible he's done at the top level.

I thought Usyk has great chance prior to this fight but now I'm even more confident he gets it done, and stops Fury.

Even if you thought Francis won, it wasn't a robbery, it was a close fight.

I remember when Froo got schooled by Dirrell, he claimed he won the fight because 'he landed the bigger shots'

That’s all you have? Honest opinion is just “hate.”

Fury came out looking so bad in this fight, Francis is a winner you could say. Just like Connor was against floyd.
