Boxing's only claim to superiority is that it's the one you train for if you think you're worthy of the big bucks and long fame.
Everybody has forgotten that nearly all fighters can alter their training and have some success under any of the 4 main rules sets. (Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing & BKB).
Everybody has forgotten that Francis Ngannou is a Boxer who tacked on some Freestyle, Sub Grappling and Muay Thai, and using his Boxing base, swallowed the MMA world whole, rather than engaging an Amateur and early phase can-crusher pro career, to get to where he's at - a competent Boxer that shouldn't be taken too lightly.
