Comments Thread For: Malignaggi: Mike Tyson Will Have No Impact on Ngannou, He's There To Sell More PPVs

Tyson is there so they can run the "Tyson vs Tyson" angle and that's it.

I said on another thread Iron Mike will be featured prominently in the ringwalk. Once the fight starts, he's going to quietly board a helicopter and by Round 2 when Ngannnaoun is face down ass up, Mike'll be miles away lungs deep into his 66th bong rip and already forgetting this ever happened.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Mike Tyson vs Tyson Fury over four to six rounds, after seeing how Mike looks against Roy Jones.

Yes, even at his age, but he's in great shape, just a wild idea anyway. Whatever we think, pretty sure Fury-Ngannou is going to be a big box office hit.

Of course , I thought that everyone already knew this. Mike knows what's up. I wouldn't be shocked if Mike jumped into the ring at some point and " landed" a punch on Fury. That would tee up a Tyson vs Tyson match for another bag, WWE Style , coming soon to a Boxing Ring near you.

I've decided that if I expect nothing but absolute **** from boxing , I'll never be disappointed again. Lol.

Tyson is a bigger figure than boxing. It's ridiculous to see people today commenting on how amazing he looks for doing a simple gauntlet exercise. Tyson blinks his eyes on video, and receives thousands of comments like "incredible! At this age blinking like a 30 year old". It's ridiculous. The worst thing is to see that that "sparring" with Roy Jones reinforced the myth. Jones, who until the other day was being beaten by Anthony Pettis, who had been at the bottom of the UFC for years. And now it appears some think Tyson is a genius strategist. It wasn't when he was active and it isn't now that he calls himself a coach.

                malignaggi is such a hypocrite.

dude went all out trying to trash pacquiao to get a fight accusing him of ped use and had the nerve to STEAL MATERIAL FROM NSB/THE LOUNGE for his "legal peds" remark.

                fcking scumbag.

i know you read this site paulie.

I KNOW YOU STOLE THAT LEGAL PED DEFENSE FROM THIS WEBSITE FROM A POSTER.

Remember how bad Tyson looked against his last opponent, Kevin McBride? That was over 18 years ago. Mike only looked the way he did against Jones because he was serious, while Roy was just trying not to get hurt. Lol
