The Cus D'Amato style was quite distinctive. I don't see it in Pacquiao to be honest.

No, he didn't. Roberto Duran was a great fighter, but had nowhere near the head movement and foot speed Mike had.

Pac is nothing like Mike Tyson, dude. Even Cotto's style is closer to Tyson. Pac moves his head a lil bit but doesn't have a peek a boo stance and doesn't bob and weave.
Juan Diaz is the closest to D'amato's style.

I woulda loved to see footage of Mike giving Pac some advice.

Because Pacquiao is smaller, he looks like Tyson on fast forward. But Pac throws his punches straight.
Tyson was well capable of throwing straight, precise shots as well. A lot of his punches were looping, but he did have a STRAIGHT lead right that was quick as lightning.

Cotto NEVER runs. It's called defense and footwork. Sure you can't know and appreciate it if you're a Tua fan.

To some extent, I'm sure Roach and Pacquiao have been inspired by Mike Tyson but Pacquaio has a pretty unique style of his own.
